Age & License
Minimum age to operate is 18. All drivers born on or after January 1, 1988, must present a valid Florida boater’s license or a temporary certificate to ride.
Before You Arrive
Please arrive 30 minutes early with a valid ID and boating license or Florida temporary boating certificate. This ensures plenty of time for check-in and safety briefing.
On the Water
Life jackets are provided and mandatory. Always follow your guide’s instructions and maintain a safe distance. Reckless driving is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation Policy: Any of our services that are reserved with a credit card are subject to be charged the full amount of the cost of the reserved item if not properly cancelled 24 hours prior to the reservation date and time.

By booking, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety rules from JT Watersports, including mandatory life jacket usage and maintaining safe distances. You assume full responsibility for your actions and release JT Watersports from any and all liability for injuries or damages, except in cases of gross negligence.
